You can easily get to the airport or to the city centre by metro. Line E (Purple) runs every 20 or 30 minutes, depending on the time and day of the week.
STCP and Resende provide bus connections from the airport to various areas of the city.
At the airport you have at your service a wide range of shuttles making connections to the city centre and to many locations in the outskirts of Porto.

Taxis circulate 24/7 all throughout the city, and are always available at taxi ranks. If you prefer, you can order a taxi by phone.
Generally, they carry up to 4 passengers, but you may request a larger vehicle if you order it by phone. In addition to the distance-based fare, when the route includes tolls, such as those charged at Via do Infante, this amount will be added to the trip total charged. A supplementary baggage fee will also be charged when transporting items larger than 55x35x20 cm.
